Product Description:
Furnace for thermal stabilization and measurement of radial run-out of turbine and other rotors and shafts. Modular construction of the furnace allows an optimum assembly according to the dimensions of the rotor. Rotors up to 130 tons, length of the stabilized part up to 10 m. Stabilisation temperature up to 650°C.
Other information:
Furnace for thermal stabilization is unique equipment developed on the basis of customers needs. The result of development is also an apparatus for measuring the rotor radial run-out, an original method for the evaluation of measurement results and software for automatic assessment of compliance with the SEP and ASTM standards.
